Janus Meet is subject to the pilot program and workspace enablement. Teleprompter, scorecards and the CRM package require separate enablement.
Does Janus Meet record without notice?
The experience requires notice from the organizer and applicable confirmations. The bot appears as a participant and capture depends on meeting conditions and permissions.
Does the CRM package send the full recording and transcript?
The CRM package is a separate feature requiring enablement, preview and send confirmation. It contains structured context and a meeting link; audio and transcripts are not part of that delivery.
