How is billing done — per user or per workspace?
Per workspace, not per head. Each plan already includes a number of workspaces, seats and AI credits. Need more? Add seats (R$ 119/mo) or workspaces (R$ 79/mo) without changing plans.
What are AI credits and how do I top up?
Every AI action (prospecting, enrichment, creatives, agent) consumes credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance; you can add a recurring bundle (Bronze, Silver or Gold) or a one-off top-up at R$ 1.30/credit, valid for 180 days.
What's the difference between a credit bundle and a top-up?
A bundle is recurring and renews each month with the invoice, at a lower per-credit price. A top-up is a one-off recharge (minimum 100 credits) for usage spikes, valid for 180 days.
Which modules are billed separately?
The Voice SDR Agent is billed per call minute; Marketing Hub Premium is R$ 1,500/mo (on Plus or above); e-signature is billed per envelope. Master SSO, Platinum SLA and dedicated CS are Enterprise add-ons.
Can I pay in Brazilian reais with an invoice?
Yes. Payment in BRL via PIX, boleto or card, with NF-e issued automatically per CNPJ. No lock-in on self-service plans — cancel anytime.
Can the price go up after I subscribe?
Not during the locked window: the price table is frozen for 24 months. And if a plan's price changes, existing contracts keep the version they signed up on (grandfathering).
